Prior to founding Virtual Ports, Ltd. Mr. Gordin was CEO of Ocean Bricks, a startup which develops a marine infrastructure solutions. He was also involved in international business relationships while at Intel Corporation, where he worked for five years as a software engineer and marketing executive. Mr. Gordin graduated Cum Laude from Hebrew University where he majored in Economics and Computer Science.

Mr. Heftman is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the medical device industry. He has worked for several medical device companies, such as Endogun Medical Systems, where he played a significant role in the development of their products from concept to final production.

Rob is a native of
Richmond, VA and has almost 25 years of experience selling
surgical products in the Operating Room with Johnson & Johnson’s
Ethicon Endosurgery, Ethicon, Inc., GE Healthcare and Siemens
Medical. He was named Salesperson of the Year at Ethicon, coming
in first place out of over 500 reps nationwide and finished in
the Top 10 for five consecutive years. He negotiated GE’s first
Image-Guided Surgery National Account, as the exclusive sole
source provider and has been inducted into the Siemens Circle of
Excellence. He has managed global and national enterprises, such
as Matria Healthcare (Alere LLC), HealthSouth and Kaiser
Permanente. During his career, Rob has played an integral role
in successfully launching five new start up medical device
companies. Rob received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications
from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.

Dr. Avidor has worked for
Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. a Johnson & Johnson company (serving
in his last position as Group Product Director, Global Bariatric
Market Development). He is well known for his expertise in
business development in the field of laparoscopic
instrumentation. Dr. Avidor joined Virtual Ports Ltd. to support
the Company's business development, research and development and
marketing efforts.

D. Todd
Dollinger is Chairman of The Trendlines Group and Managing
Partner of Trendlines Venture Partners L.P. He is a founding
partner of Trendlines International Ltd. and launched Trendlines,
Inc., a Kansas City-based company providing sales, marketing,
consulting and product development services for the American
market in 1978. Mr. Dollinger was President and CEO of SRD
Medical where he managed private equity placements and all
aspects of electronic product development and marketing. Todd
majored in psychology at the University of Missouri.

Mr. Evan (Chaim) Goldman has held numerous legal and business
positions for Israeli and U.S. based technology companies and
law firms. He received his Master in International Business Law
from American University and his Bachelor of Law degree from Hebrew University.

Dr. Paz is
the Head of the Urologic Laparoscopic Service of the Department
of Urology, Barzilai Medical Center Hospitals, Ashkelon, Israel.
He has provided the technical background and expertise upon
which the Virtual Ports' system has been founded.

Mr. Rhodes is the CEO of the Misgav Technology Center, a life-science accelerator that invests in promising medical device companies. He previously served as Deputy Manager of Bank Leumi International Division in Israel. In 1988 he joined SRD Medical as the company's CFO, later becoming Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 1993, Rhodes co-founded The Trendlines Group, a leading Israeli Business Development and Marketing consulting firm and, in this capacity, established the Trendlines Israel Fund Venture which, invests in the companies of the Misgav Technology Center, including Virtual Ports. Mr. Rhodes holds a bachelor's degree from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Research and Development Department at Aran Engineering, a
leading engineering company in Israel.

Dr. Gossot is faculty member of WebSurg. He has published more than 120 papers and is a member of the editorial board of Surgical Endoscopy.

He is an innovator surgeon who leads the development of Single Port Surgery, Robotic Assisted Surgery and NOTES in Israel. He is a member of the NOTES taskforce and the Technology committees of SAGES.

Dr. Swanstrom is head of the surgery department at Legacy Emanuel and Good Samaritan hospitals in Portland, Oregon. His primary clinical focus is the development of advanced laparoscopic procedures. Dr. Swanstrom has published more than 40 papers and edited three books, and he is a world renowned researcher and innovator in the field of minimally invasive surgery.

founded and served as past President of the Israeli Society of
Endoscopic Surgery. He is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at
Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University and member of
the Technology Committee, European Society for Endoscopic

Donna
Edmonds brings over 30 years of experience in both the provider
and the industry side of the healthcare business. Ms. Edmonds
industry experience includes eight years with Baxter
International, Diagnostics and Cardiovascular groups, the last
four as a Vice President at the group level. Ms. Edmonds was the
Senior Vice President, Market and Business Development for the
Cardiovascular Strategic Business Unit of Inverness Medical
Innovations, a public company with then over $500 million in
revenue, following the acquisition of VC-backed Ischemia
Technologies in 2005 where she held a similar position. In
December 2005 Ms. Edmonds organized the financing for and became
the COO and SVP for Market Development for VC-backed Vital
Sensors, Inc, which is commercializing a sensor-based cardiac
pressure monitor. In October of 2007 Ms. Edmonds accepted
responsibility for the continued launch and management of the
Virginia Biosciences Commercialization Center and became the
Executive Director of the Center.
