Founded in May 2006, Virtual Ports, Ltd. is a medical device company developing and marketing instruments to improve minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures. The Company operates within the incubator framework of the Misgav Technology Center in Teradion, Israel. Virtual Ports is funded, in part, by Israel’s Office of the Chief Scientist of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.


The Company's Mission is to make laparoscopic procedures simpler for medical staff and safer for patients.
